Notary Public Services

In addition to the legal services I offer, I also provide notarial and commissioner for oaths services at reasonable rates. Such services include preparing certified copies, notarizing and commissioning affidavits and statutory declarations, verifying identity, and reviewing personal guarantees. Please note that I require pre-booked appointments for all notarizations. For notarizations, I typically require at least one piece of government-issued photo identification, and in some cases, such as for out-of-province real estate documents, other specific pieces of identification may be required.
