Located in downtown Calgary, I am a lawyer, practicing primarily in the area of immigration law, and a notary public and commissioner for oaths professionally licensed within the Province of Alberta. As an immigration lawyer in Calgary, I have experience with the following categories of permanent residency immigration applications: skilled worker immigration; immigration through family and spousal (common law partner) sponsorship; provincial nominee program immigration; business class immigration; and immigration through the increasingly popular Canadian experience class. Notary public and commissioner for oaths services that I provide are: notarizing affidavits, statutory declarations, certified copies (often used for the purpose of immigrating to Canada), letters of consent to travel (for trips outside of Canada), letters of invitation to Canada, personal guarantees required for many business loans in Alberta, Canadian passport application documents, and Canadian immigration documents, among others.
